Home Sales Rise in April 2009

Our office has definitely seen an increase in contracts and from what I've read from fellow Realtors on Twitter, others have too. So, it's not too big of a surprise that the National Association of Realtors has published an article stating that existing-home sales rose in April. This increase is in part due to the natural sale fluctuations that occur during the warmer months and the first-time home buyer $8000 stimulus.
