Eastern Area Radio Reading Service's Wine Tasting Event a Success

Did you see the article in the August 2 StarNews about Eastern Area Radio Reading Service's wine tasting fundraiser?

We had a great turnout. The wine tasting was held at Wilmington Art and Event Gallery in Downtown Wilmington. We had volunteers, board members, and new interests all in attendance. EARRS is a non-profit organization that serves the blind and other visually impaired, so we function mainly on donations. Our next fundraiser is a 1950s Sock-Hop dance. It will be held October 9 at WHQR studios. As the details are decided, they will be posted on our web site, www.EARRS.org.
